The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee will provide a report to the membership on current ADR developments and proceedings as they may affect the energy industry. The committee will monitor regulatory actions, court decisions and legislative initiatives that may impact energy practitioners and their clients. The committee will sponsor brown bag luncheons on current ADR topics and developments.
