EBA Energizer: Ethics in FERC Practice
The EBA's Young Lawyers Council and the FERC Practice Committee have assembled a diverse, experienced panel who will explore a range of topics that implicate ethics, from ex parte communications, to issues arising out of the Model Protective Order, to practices before and during hearings at FERC.
