Summary of Event:
The 2015 EBA Northeast Chapter Meeting entitled, “Responding to Current Energy Industry Challenges and Opportunities” will be held at the Newark Club in Newark, NJ on June 10-11, 2015.
Your registration for this event will also include a welcome cocktail reception on the preceding day, at the NYC JAMS office, perfect for networking with colleagues!
We are excited to announce that Craig Glazer, V.P., Federal Government Policy at PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. will be our luncheon speaker and Professor William Hogan from Harvard will kick start our program with the welcome keynote. This conference include four panels of distinguished speakers that will address a broad spectrum of emerging and “hot button” issues—including The State of Demand Response in Organized Markets; Impact of Distributed Generation on the Utility Industry; Developing New Gas Pipelines to Serve the Northeast; and Cyber Attack Concerns of the Utility Industry.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE):
The Northeast Anual Meeting has been approved for 5.5 CLE hours in PA, VA, NY & NJ. Each state has its own rules and regulations defining "CLE". TO ASSURE ACCREDITATION, THE NECESSARY CLE INFORMATION MUST APPEAR ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. IF THIS INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE RECEIPT OF CREDIT. ONLY REGISTERED ATTENDEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CLE.

The deadline for receipt of advance registration is June 1, 2015. Conference registrations will only be accepted when accompanied by a check, money order, government purchase order/training form or credit card information and may be limited by the capacity of the facilities. Registrations will not be held without payment. No partial registration is available.

Refunds will be given to registrants who submit written cancellation to the address shown on the registration form by June 1, 2015, less a $50 administrative fee. The cancellation policy also applies to registration forms that are received and accepted after the deadline date. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2015. If a cancellation is requested after the deadline and accepted, there will be a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are acceptable by June 5, 2015 (non-members substituting for members will be charged the difference between the member and non-member fees). Please note that regardless of the date the cancellation notice is received, no refunds will be processed until after the program. Confirmations will be sent to registrants via email if an address is provided.
By registering for this program, you authorize EBA to use any photographs taken of you during the event. Photographs may be used in promotional materials or stories that appear in professional publications and websites.
