Membership:
The Energy Bar Association announces the opening of its Non-Attorney Professional membership category. Non-attorney professionals in the energy field who satisfy the membership criteria set forth in the membership application are encouraged to submit their application for approval by the Association's Board. Once approved by the Board for membership, Non-Attorney Professional members will have the opportunity to participate in all of the Association's programs and activities, with the exception
of voting and holding elective office in the Association.
Your completed membership application (PDF) should be returned with your membership dues to EBA's Administrative Office address as shown on the application or you can register online for membership here.
Annual dues are $130.00 for the private sector and $50.00 for the government/academic sector, and are due and payable January 1st of each year. Applications mailed prior to July 1st should be accompanied by a check for $130.00 for the private sector and $50.00 for the government/academic sector. Applications mailed after July 1st should be accompanied by a check for $65.00 for the private sector and $25.00 for government/academic for the remainder of the year.

There is no additional fee for membership in these chapters.
Activities:
In addition to EBA's Energy Law Journal, Association Directory, and summaries of recent energy-related court opinions, the Association also organizes and sponsors educational seminars, including its Mid-Year Meeting in November of each year, as well as the program held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting in April or May. These programs usually include addresses by prominent energy figures. The Association's members also participate in committees which monitor and report to the membership on developments of interest.
