2018 EBA Energizer: Best Practices for Mediating an Energy Dispute

This program is intended to help attorneys, experienced at handling complex energy disputes at FERC and in federal district or circuit courts, initiate and manage mediation of such disputes, as well as to manage mediation of energy disputes prior to the initiation of court or agency proceedings. The panel will include the chief mediators from the D.C. and Second Circuit Courts of Appeal, a former FERC ALJ and a private mediator from JAMS.
