The Compliance and Enforcement Committee of the Energy Bar Association presents the 2020 Enforcers and Defenders Forum at The George Washington University Law School on March 18, 2020. The Defenders panel (2:00 pm – 3:15 PM) will address the critical steps, tools, and issues energy attorneys must consider and use before, during, and after depositions in any enforcement context when triggered by a notice of alleged violations. The Forum also will present its popular Enforcers Panel with key representatives from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, addressing relevant enforcement and compliance issues for 2020 and other timely topics.
