SUMMARY:In-House Counsel Coalition Co-Sponsored Webinar
DESCRIPTION:The EBA In-House Counsel Coalition\, in collaboration with ACC (Association of Corporate Counsel)\, plan to host an ethics CLE for members focused on ethical considerations for in-house counsel\, including emerging issues around the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).  \n\n\n\nWith the advent of ChatGPT and other AI initiatives counsel need to consider the legal and commercial risks as well as their client obligations when engaging with these new emerging technologies.  Other aspects of the program will include recurring issues for in-house counsel\, including compensation\, conflicts\, and confidentiality.  \n\n\n\nJoin us on Thursday\, September 7th from 2-3:30 pm EST for important ethical guidance.  \n\n\n\nJack Tanner of Fairfield and Woods in Denver will be our presenter.   \n\n\n\n\nRegister now\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Types Member  Nonmember Registration$40$60Student RegistrationFree$10
