DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Enforcers and Defenders Forum will take place on Wednesday\, March 20 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Jones Day office in D.C.  \n\n\n\nThis popular event provides a forum to discuss current issues related to enforcement and compliance in the energy sector. Our goal for this event is to share perspectives from regulators with enforcement responsibilities as well as attorneys who work with energy market participants on enforcement and compliance matters. \n\n\n\nRegistration for this event is now closed. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnforcers Panel\n\n\n\nOne of the highlights of this annual program is the Enforcers Panel\, featuring key representatives from FERC\, CFTC\, NERC\, and PJM’s IMM.
