DESCRIPTION:This event will explore the recent resource adequacy market design changes that have been implemented and/or under consideration at MISO\, PJM\, and SPP. Each of these three RTOs have been addressing the need for enhancements to their existing market mechanisms based on significant generation fleet changes\, increasing extreme weather events\, changes in load growth\, and other factors.
