DESCRIPTION:Please join EBA’s Louisiana Chapter in-person at Tulane University School of Law for this informative seminar on the Impact of the US Supreme Court’s Loper Bright Decision. This seminar will be broken into 3 sessions.  \n\n\n\nIn the first session\, Jeremy Marwell (Partner\, Vinson & Elkins) will provide an introduction to the topic and general observations on the relevance of Loper Bright to the separation of powers\, administrative law\, and the federal regulatory state\, from a generalist appellate perspective. The Honorable Ted Thomas (Founder\, Energize Strategies and Fmr.
