The panel will be comprised of three experts in DER policy, as well as an expert moderator, each of whom represent a diverse set of experience and jurisdictional knowledge. The panel will focus on the following topics:
- Overview of key developments and the anticipated future of DERs in each region
- Expected approaches among RTOs for Order 2222 compliance
- Market impacts of DER proliferation across RTOs, especially in light of Order 2222
- Jurisdictional issues relating to DER adoption and the issuance of Order 2222
- The impact of DERs on grid reliability and resiliency
