This webinar energizer will look at the issue of resilience through the eyes of state and local regulators. Resilience in the electric system is the ability to prevent, quickly recover, or manage events on the system. It will explore the unique challenges that state regulators face in ensuring resilience in states that are a part of an RTO and are not in an RTO and in vertically-integrated and retail-choice states.
