The FERC Chief ALJ, Carmen Cintron, will introduce the new electronic hearing rules for hearings at FERC.  FERC's Office of Administrative Law Judges will then demonstrate how these rules work. Persons who attend will learn about the new rules and procedures required in electronic hearings at FERC.
