Disputes & Resolution Steering Committee presents a half-day program on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
The Enforcers and Defenders Forum, an annual event organized by EBA’s Disputes and Resolutions Steering Committee, provides a forum to discuss current issues related to enforcement and compliance in the energy sector. Our goal for this event is to share perspectives from regulators and others with enforcement responsibilities as well as attorneys who work with energy market participants on enforcement and compliance matters.
This year, our panel of enforcers will discuss what the industry can expect from regulators in 2021 and beyond, including what changes we might see under new agency leadership. Our second panel will dive into one of the most important topics for 2021: cybersecurity and how regulators and the industry can work together to mitigate the risk of attacks.
*EBA will not be recording this program.
