Both locations will be connected by video conference. Topics to be addressed include: Practice and Procedure with the General Counsels from several of the Southern States’ Commissions, Ethics and Battery Storage.

David W. Savitski will conduct a Workshop on "the heart of wholesale energy markets" and discuss his recent ELJ article, LMPs for (Technically Inclined) Dummies. The workshop will enhance your understanding of locational marginal prices (LMPs), congestion costs, constrained dispatch, market power, shadow prices, among other concepts. This will be done using simple models and examples of the transmission grid.
