The role of transmission development is a key discussion in planning for the energy future. Transmission ROE and incentives will impact how transmission is built and used in the future. Understanding these dynamics is essential for energy attorneys as they navigate policy and regulatory matters. Explore recent FERC rulings related to transmission return on equity figures and incentives and expected impacts on future transmission development. The following panel will discuss:

  • Overview of recent FERC activity on transmission ROE
  • Perspectives from stakeholders from diverse viewpoints
