The Wildfire Energizer Panel will be discussing both National and Regional wildfire mitigation policy, including technological strategies, in order to combat this mounting problem. Specifically, the panel will be discussing recent national legislative changes intended to battle wildfires across the United States, as well as the interplay between government agencies and utilities in preventing wildfires in the Rocky Mountain Region and how this impacts a utility’s customers and its service territory.
