Membership runs January through December for all member types excluding Students. Student membership runs August through July.
Attorney MEMBER TYPES
Private Attorney - $222
Attorney practicing or interested in energy law.
Solo/Small Firm Attorney - $222
Small firm: 10 or fewer full-time attorneys (inclusive of all full-time attorneys regardless of practice area, exclusive of supportive staff and non-attorney professionals).
Young Lawyer - $150
Attorney who recently graduated from law school within the last 3 years.
Membership will automatically advance to Private Attorney for graduation dates earlier than 2016.
Government/Academic - $98
Attorney employed at a government agency or college/university.
Retiree - $78
EBA member in good standing for at least five (5) years, 65 years or older AND presently not practicing law.
Student - $25
Individuals currently enrolled at a college or university.
ENERGY PROFESSIONAL Member Types
Non-attorneys employed in the energy field are invited to join EBA as an Energy Professional. Membership as an Energy Professional requires approval by EBA’s Membership Committee. A resume, biographical sketch or description of your background and experience in the energy field must be submitted with your application in order to be considered for membership.
Private Energy Professional - $225
Individuals employed in the energy field.
Government/Academic Energy Professional - $98
Individuals in the energy field who are employed at a government agency or college/university
