Due Dates and Milestones
Please submit all material through the "Send Documents" button above.
- Your session coordinator should submit a Final Session Title and Description no later than Feb 17
(Description should answer: "What will I learn from this session?" )
- Speakers and Moderator must submit their Agreements no later than March 12
- Send your Bio and separate photo to EBA by March 12 - Send Material
- CLE-quality background material due March 30 (ALL sessions must submit!)
- Speaker/moderator: All must register for the Annual Meeting no later than April 15 (all speakers and moderators are free of charge on the day they are speaking, but must still register)
- Speakers: Download Conference PowerPoint Design Template and send your slide deck to moderator (NOT EBA) by April 18th. PowerPoint presentations are not required, but if you do use PowerPoint, we ask that you use the template provided.
- Moderator: If any of your speakers are using PowerPoint, you must submit one consolidated slide deck for the entire session to EBA by April 25
- All speakers and moderators must Register for the conference. Your registration is complimentary for the day you are speaking: simply select “Day of Speaking Engagement” to register for FREE on the day you are speaking. If you do not already have an EBA profile, you will need to create on when registering. Please attend both days of the conference if your schedule allows it. We offer speakers a discounted registration rate ($375) to attend both days: simply select “Speaker Full Conference” to take advantage of the discounted rate.
