EBA Mission

To advance the professional excellence of those engaged in energy law, regulation and policy through professional education, exploring diverse viewpoints and building connections.

EBA Core Values

EBA is committed to creating an environment that facilitates robust dialogue and debate designed to explore the multiple facets of current and emerging issues and policy, and to surface innovative ideas.
EBA is committed to growing an inclusive community that connects and engages a vast and diverse array of energy industry participants and thought leaders.

The Energy Bar Association is an international, non-profit association of attorneys, energy professionals, and students active in all areas of energy law.  EBA has seven regional chapters across the U.S.. and an increasing number of members in Canada and Mexico.

The EBA hosts numerous educational seminars annually, including two national conferences a year.  The educational programming focuses on providing introductory to advanced level programs, many approved for continuing legal education credits (CLE).  An important part of EBAs success has always been its member interaction and networking opportunities.  EBA hosts various lunch, reception and dinner programs providing opportunities for our vast membership to meet and share their expertise.

Volunteer opportunities are plentiful with EBA – from serving on Association committees, to speaking engagements, and leadership roles with the Board of Directors.

To find out more about EBA read the Annual Report available at:  EBA Annual Report.  We also invite you to join us for one of many programs throughout the year.  Our events calendar is found HERE.
