Executive Assistant

Katie works remotely, out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her part-time hours are generally 9:00 AM -1:00 PM ET. She handles podcast assistance, volunteer and member assistance, administrative matters and works directly with our CEO, Lisa Levine. Email





Olivia Dwelley
Manager, Events & Volunteer Relations 

Olivia manages all Committee, Council and Chapter Energizers. She also coordinates and handles registration for the Administrative Law Journal Reception, the Academy Courses and in various aspects of all other Chapter Meetings. Email






Richelle Kelly
Database Manager

Richelle maintains the integrity of the EBA database, analyzes data, identifies trends in membership and marketing.  Richelle processes membership applications, invoices, journal subscriptions and mailing lists and maintains the job board. Email




Henry Lagrimini

Manager Membership and Chapter Relations

Henry provides ongoing support and management to EBA’s eight chapter boards and supports growth and diversity of the EBA membership nationwide. Email

Lisa provides overall leadership and oversight on all areas of governance, finance, operations and staffing. She supports the EBA, and FELJ Board of Directors and oversight to the Charitable Foundation of the Energy Bar Association.  Email





Michele L. Smith
Director, Marketing & Communications

Michele oversees all aspects of our marketing and membership outreach efforts as well as serves as staff liaison to the CFEBA Board and Chapter leaders on governance and Annual Meeting coordination. Email
