2025 Gas, Oils, and Liquids Half-Day Event

February 11 @ 12:00 pm 2:00 pm EST

Join us for the Gas, Oils, and Liquids Steering Committee Half Day Event! This virtual program will feature two panels.

12:00 PM: Panel 1:

LNG terminal projects require significant investment, LNG purchase or tolling commitments, and natural gas supply arrangements in order to reach FID and commercial operations. Impacts of high profile customer disputes, public policy changes, natural gas supply needs, and regulatory and court interventions need to be anticipated and addressed contractually, where possible, to avoid destabilizing project development and execution. Hear from experts on these types of contracting considerations, including what role FERC plays in their decisions.
