This year’s EBA Midwest Chapter Annual Meeting will drill down into the impacts of these new large data centers on the Midwest region from a variety of perspectives including RTOs, utilities and developers. Our state updates will provide a unique overview of the legal and regulatory challenges faced by jurisdictions throughout the Midwest region.
