2026 Northeast Chapter Annual Meeting

Registration is now open for the 2026 Northeast Chapter Annual Meeting! In-person attendees will gather at Milbank LLP‘s DC office for the main event, with a networking reception to follow at the nearby Davis Wright Tremaine LLP office.

Planned session topics include gas interconnections, data center interconnections with a regional focus, and supply chain impacts on speed to power. Please note that there is no CLE for this program.

As demand for power to serve large loads grows, natural gas interconnection has become a critical and increasingly complex issue.  This panel will explore siting considerations tied to feed gas supply, the practical mechanics of lateral pipeline configurations, and the commercial agreements that structure these arrangements.  Panelists will discuss how project developers, pipelines, utilities, and counsel are addressing these issues in an evolving regulatory environment.
