While enjoying the best of Portugal’s culinary and wine scenes, our immersive program will engage with local experts, attorneys, and academics offering relevant commentary on the Portuguese and EU legal and political systems, US-Portuguese relations, art, history, architecture, and religion. You will also learn why Portugal is fast becoming a popular haven for US and UK expats, retirees, digital nomads and young Americans alike. - US-Portugal Relations and the Portuguese Energy Market
- The U.S. Investor’s Role in the Portuguese Natural Gas Sector
- Portuguese & EU Energy Independence, Russian Oil, and the War in Ukraine
- The Renewable Energy Sector in Portugal
- A Visit to the U.S. Embassy – Lisbon and meeting with officials
- Meeting with the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal
Join our Core Program for 4-nights in Lisbon from October 28-November 1, 2026. Add-on 3-nights in Northern Portugal, staying in Porto from November 1-4, 2026, including an excursion to the breathtaking Douro Wine Valley.(Return home from Porto-OPO on November 4 if on the 7-night program).
Add-on 1-additional night of November 4 (8 nights total) returning to Lisbon with a stop in Coimbra, farewell dinner & overnight in Lisbon to catch flights the following morning of November 5, 2026.
