The EBA In-House Counsel Coalition, in collaboration with ACC (Association of Corporate Counsel), plan to host an ethics CLE for members focused on ethical considerations for in-house counsel, including emerging issues around the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). 

With the advent of ChatGPT and other AI initiatives counsel need to consider the legal and commercial risks as well as their client obligations when engaging with these new emerging technologies.  Other aspects of the program will include recurring issues for in-house counsel, including compensation, conflicts, and confidentiality.
