Save the date for a Mock DAS Surveillance Inquiry presented by EBA’s Compliance and Enforcement Steering Committee. Tune in to this live program where FERC and Energy Bar Association member experts will “role-play” the key features of a surveillance activity conducted by FERC’s Office of Enforcement, Division of Analytics. Using a hypothetical case problem (based on real-life examples), the players will simulate the phases of this activity, including describing the DAS process, simulating phone calls between DAS and the subject of the inquiry and simulating meetings between the subject’s traders and its compliance and legal professionals.  The role-play and running commentary will be presented by:
