Post-Election Energy Landscape: What’s Ahead – From the Lens of Capitol Hill, FERC, and Industry Stakeholders

The Energy Bar Association’s Northeast Chapter and Electricity Steering Committee jointly invite you to an Energizer focusing on what we may see in the energy landscape with the changing Administration. The program will begin with a Keynote address by Patrick McCormick, Minority Chief Counsel to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, serving as Chief Counsel to the Senate Republicans on the Committee, particularly the ranking member Senator Barrasso of Wyoming, where McCormick will share his perspectives on energy policy given the administration change. A panel of experts with congressional, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and industry experience will discuss what they anticipate will be the future of energy policy in light of the recent elections, including what the first 100 days of President Trump’s second term may look like.
