The 2023 Enforcers and Defenders Forum will take place on Thursday, March 9 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Hunton Andrews Kurth’s offices in D.C. with an Enforcers’ panel, Defenders’ panel, and networking event.
This popular event provides a forum to discuss current issues related to enforcement and compliance in the energy sector. Our goal for this event is to share perspectives from regulators with enforcement responsibilities as well as attorneys who work with energy market participants on enforcement and compliance matters.
