Mid-Year Energy Forum

Join us for an exciting day and a half of compelling discussions, exceptional professional development and numerous opportunities to build your personal network.

The Mid-Year Energy Forum will be held at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel in on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 10-11, 2023. Attendees will include attorneys, energy professionals, regulators, and others who work in the energy law and policy arena. You’ll meet people from across the industry who are engaged in all areas of energy law, including antitrust, international energy transactions, legislation and regulatory reform, electric utility regulation, alternative dispute resolution, finance and transactions, and environment and public lands at federal, state, and international levels.

Call for ideas:

Sharing your expertise and ideas with the EBA’s Professional Education Council (PEC) helps ensure that the EBA’s Mid-Year Energy Forum remains one of the premier networking, professional development and thought leadership events for the energy law and policy sector.

Please take a moment to share your program or speaker idea(s) for discussion at a future EBA program using our online survey below. Consider the type of format that would be best for addressing your proposed topic idea and include any keynote or luncheon speaker ideas you may have for EBA’s national or regional meetings.
